Business Development and Project Manager

REF: NBI-BEPM-20 12
  • Negotiate terms of lease and occupation of new sites/identified locations
  • Participate in the selection of consultants for construction projects
  • Obtain the necessary legal obligation documents and licenses from the statutory bodies e.g. City Council, NEMA etc
  • Oversee construction projects of the company
  • Facilitate the furnishing of new offices and make them ready for occupation
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering etc
  • At least 3 years progressive job related experience
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications
  • Knowledge of company products
  • Basic construction knowledge or project management would be an added advantage

Filing Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing of documents and correspondences.

  • Fax and photocopy files.

Job Requirements:

Main Mandate

Qualifications
A Masters Degree or equivalent in a development related field:
  • Agriculture, agricultural extension, development studies, environmental sciences, micro finance e.t.c.

  • Experience in management of donor relationships and demonstrated ability in developing successful proposals, successful project implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in building and managing strategic alliances, strong interpersonal/networking skills and assertiveness .
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili (spoken and written), knowledge of French will be an added advantage.

Ref: FBS – JRK Reporting to the Resort Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the provision of Food and Beverage service to guest satisfaction and maximization of food and beverages sales revenue.
The position involves making recommendation to the Manager on operational issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
