Business Development and Project Manager
REF: NBI-BEPM-20 12
- Negotiate terms of lease and occupation of new sites/identified locations
- Participate in the selection of consultants for construction projects
- Obtain the necessary legal obligation documents and licenses from the statutory bodies e.g. City Council, NEMA etc
- Oversee construction projects of the company
- Facilitate the furnishing of new offices and make them ready for occupation
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering etc
- At least 3 years progressive job related experience
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications
- Knowledge of company products
- Basic construction knowledge or project management would be an added advantage
